Things people usually ask
What if I don't like the mockup?
Then you don't pay anything and there's no obligation. The mockup is free so you can see exactly what you'd be getting before you decide.
How does the 21-day guarantee work?
The 21 days start once you've paid the deposit and sent your photos and details from the checklist. If your site isn't live by day 21, you don't pay the second half. The only exception is if we're waiting on something from you, like feedback on the preview.
Why only 4 new businesses a month?
Because I'd rather do 4 sites properly and on time than rush 10. It's how I can promise 21 days. If this month is full, I'll book you in for the next.
Do I own the website?
Yes. Your web address is registered in your name and the site is yours. If you ever want to move it elsewhere, I'll help you do that.
I already have a website and web address. Can I keep the address?
Yes. Your new site goes live on the same address, so customers, business cards and Google listings still work.
Do I have to take the care plan?
No. After your free first month you can choose the care plan (£30 a month), hosting only (£10 a month or £100 a year, with changes at £30 each), or I'll hand over your website files for free so you can host it yourself.
Will it show up on Google?
I set up the basics properly: page titles, descriptions, your location, a Google Business Profile and a fast, phone-friendly site. That's what most local searches depend on. Nobody can honestly guarantee a top spot.
Can I make changes myself?
Most clients simply message me changes under the care plan and they're done within a couple of days. If you'd rather edit text and photos yourself, I can set that up as an extra.
